LIKEWISE WE ARE RESERVING OUR TIME FOR YOU. WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT BUSINESS AND NO SHOWS AND RESCHEDULING CAUSE LOSSES TO OUR BUSINESS.
WHEN MAKING A BOOKING PLEASE ENSURE THAT IT IS SUITABLE FOR YOU, AS ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (NO EXEPTIONS PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS TO TREAT EVERY CLIENT EQUALLY). WE DO NOT ENJOY RETAINING DEPOSITS OR ENFORCING RESCHEDULING POLICIES, WE WOULD MUCH RATHER YOU ENJOYED THE FULL EXPERIENCE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU MEET ALL THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
-You must be 18+.
-You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
-You must not be undergoing any chemotherapy or radiation.
-You must have a doctors consent note if you are on any blood thinning medication.
-You must notify us prior to appointment if you suffer from cold sores OR ANY OTHER SKIN CONDITION.
- you must not have undergone any surgical or non surgical (BOTOX) treatment within 14 days of your appointment. -Unfortunately some health conditions can prevent you from getting PMU, please ensure you notify us of any health conditions or medications PRIOR TO YOUR APPPOINTMENT.

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CHECK ELIGIBILITY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MADE BY MOCHA BROWS LTD. ( T&CS SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
SEMI-PERMANENT MAKEUP IS A MUTI-SESSIONAL TREATMENT AND THE FINAL RESULTS WILL NOT BE VISIBLE UNTIL YOUR HEALING PERIOD OF 4 WEEKS (APPROX). MOST CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR DESIRED RESULTS IN 2 SESSIONS - THE INITIAL PROCEDURE, AND THE TOUCH UP SCHEDULED 4-8 WEEKS AFTER. If in the unusual event you require more than the included sessions they will be charged additionally as a standard mocha touch up.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND ONCE YOUR PATCH TEST HAS BEEN POSTED, IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND WE CANNOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. IF YOUR HAVE ANY ISSUES RECEIVING YOUR PATCH TEST LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO WE CAN DO OUR BEST TO SEND ANOTHER OUT TO YOU. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT THE TIMELINE TO RECEIVE YOUR PATCH TEST PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL STILL BE ABLE TO GO AHEAD WITHOUT A COMPLETED PATCH TEST, A WAVIVER STATING THIS WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED.
Please do not bring any guests to your appointment.
Your appointment is all about you so please come alone. It is important that I am able to concentrate and give you my full attention during this time to create the best artwork possible.
No person under the age of 18 is allowed in the clinic room, so please ensure that you have childcare organized for the duration of your appointment.
Please arrive on time to your appointment.
Please be mindful of client and staff time and schedules.
The time allocated for your appointment is necessary for me to complete your treatment to my highest standards.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment it will automatically be cancelled and deposit forfeit.
I will do my best to reschedule your appointment if this happens but you will need to place another deposit.

I understand life can get busy and unforeseen circumstances can arise. I please ask you to be forthcoming and contact me to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible, I will do my absolute best to find another suitable appointment for you.
in the event of an extreem weather condition, if your artist cannot carry out your appointement, your same deposit will be used to reschedule your appointment.
Please note in the event an appointment is rescheduled when originally booked on a promotional rate this price will not be carried over to your new booking.
To reschedule an inclusive touch up please be aware this must be within the specified time frame (8 weeks) otherwise your complimentary touch up will be lost.
Please note the specified time frames for regular touch up appointments, bookings moved outside this window may be changed to a new treatment appointment.
Booking fees/deposits are non-refundable. You are able to reschedule for an alternative date providing 7 days notice is given.
Inclusive touch ups will be lost if not rescheduled with this relevant notice.
Please note you can only reschedule your appointment X1 after this a new deposit will need to be placed in order to secure a new appointment. After X2 deposits are forfeited you will be unable to book with us again
Another Artist’s work & corrections
Our touch up’s do not cover another artists work and will be charged as a new client treatment.
Please understand working on top of another artist work is incredibly difficult and can often take as much time if not more than a new set of brows.
if WE aRE unable to perform your treatment by YOUR ARTISTS judgment ; (IN situations such as cover ups and colour corrections), WHERE WE DO NOT BELEIVE YOU HAVE MET THE REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK THIS TREATMENT, WE WILL NOT GO AHEAD WITH THE APPOINTMENT AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST, HOWEVER WE will do OUR best to refer you or advise an alternative solution.
if you have previously had a coco correction brow with us and we beleive it is not suitable for you have more pigment implanted at your 2 year touch up, we will refer you to seek removal before we will service your brows again.
It is your responsibility to follow the pre and post care provided by Mocha Brows LTD, it is a very important part of your treatment process and neglect to do so can affect the final results. You may be refused service if you have not followed you pre or post care and your deposit/touch up will be lost.
