making a smart decision is important when choosing a brow artist, and at Mocha we believe knowledge is power.
This is why we have made this simple reference sheet for the questions we get asked the most; so you can feel confident and informed about your treatment with us.

No,  you can go back to your day straight after the appointment (with a few exceptions). We do provide an post care card to take home from your appointment so you are clear on how to take care of your new brows, and achieve the best healed results.

IS THERE ANY RECOVERY TIME?

Q3.

At your appointment we will take some time during your consultation to discuss the shade/ look you would like to achieve. Your artist will blend the perfect colour to suit your skin tone and style (we also do visual tests against your skin so you will have a clear idea of how well the colour will suit you)

I DONT WANT REALLY DARK BROWS CAN I HAVE A LIGHTER COLOUR?

Q2.

Permanent makeup will last several years depending on aftercare and skin type. It is designed to fade over time, this is why we recommend a touch up every 12-18 months to keep your shape and colour fresh.

HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

Q1.

PMU often requires 2 sessions for your desired results this is why we currently include your touch up in our "inclusive " service; so you can be confident the one price you pay covers everything you need.

If you cannot find a suitable appointment on our online booking system, you can contact us about an out of hours appointment (there is often a longer wait time for these appointments)

Everyone's pain tolerance is different, but honestly no it doesn't. The tattooing is a scratching sensation much like having your brows threaded. we will also using a numbing agent during your appointment to ensure you are comfortable.

HOW MUCH IS THE INITIAL TOUCH UP?

CAN YOU DO WEEKEND/ OUT OF HOURS APPOINTMENTS?

DOES IT HURT?
